Tips For Members When Gym Is Unstaffed

Are You Fit To Train?

If you are experiencing illness or injury you may be at additional risk if you train at MP during unstaffed hours. It is best in these instances you seek medical advice before coming in, stay at home or you train during staff hours to mitigate the risk of you finding yourself in need of immediate assistance.

Exercise Knowledge

Only carry out exercises you are experienced with and feel confident doing. Save the new exercises and heavier lifts for staffed hours.

Know Your Environment

Make yourself familiar with the gym, the emergency exits, the first aid kit location, and the instructions in the app. Feel free at any time to ask a member of staff before your net unstaffed visit to remind you of these if you are unsure/have forgotten.

Bring A Friend

Training with a friend can be fun and it also means you have someone with you to watch your back. Invite another member to join you or send the following link to your friend to register then download the app and create a profile to access a Day Pass.

Ask For Help

In an emergency or if you feel unwell call 999 and ask for help. You may use the gym emergency phone if you need to. This is located near the drinks fridge.

The gym address is also visible here for you to share with anyone coming to you.

If you need assistance that is not a medical emergency you may also call 07912 852024 at any time.

Many issues can be resolved via our systems remotely and we have CCTV to help with your issues also.

For matters that do not require immediate on site assistance message the gym via the app or email:
